ESPN Names Jeff Mathews Regional Player of the Week
Camarillo High School Quarterback Jeff Mathews was recently named West Region Player of the Week by ESPN. Mathews was selected after his exceptional performance last week during the Scorpion’s 69-20 win over Hueneme. During that game, Jeff shattered the previous CIF Southern Section passing record set in 1996 (see “Scorpions Clinch League Championship with 69-20 Win” for all the details).
